Train consistently all month. Athletes attend one daily training session, receive weekly nutrition education, and participate in rotating Performance Sessions including scrimmages, film study, guest speakers, and leadership workshops.
Sessions are Monday Wednesday and Friday. You can choose from one of the 2 time slots.
